Project Overview

In December 2023, RealFoundations was engaged by Industrials REIT to support the organisational and technological integration with St. Modwen Logistics and form a new organisation: Indurent. The goal was to create one of the UK’s leading owners of industrial and logistics space supported by a market-leading customer-focused operating platform that was well situated for continued growth.

Our brief for the integration of Industrials REIT and St. Modwen Logistics included:

• Incorporating a background of “in-flight” technology projects

• Overseeing all technology workstreams within the Technology Integration Programme and the cutover of finance activities and data migration
• Documenting the existing key processes and technology of the integrating organisations

• Assessing future-state skills gaps, and proposing a series of prioritised training initiatives to accelerate technology adoption
• Providing a wealth of artefacts that could be readily customised to suit Indurent’s specific needs and organisation.
