Andy Rothery is an EMC/Managing Director with Newmark RF with over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry. His extensive knowledge in transaction advisory, deal structuring, strategy development and implementation, project management and delivery has soundly served clients in the public and private sectors, domestically, across EMEA and globally.

Andy previously held senior leadership roles at Deloitte where he successfully built market-leading real estate teams, establishing Deloitte Real Estate as the leading real estate advisory firm among the Big Four. Since then, Andy has worked at QSix as co-head of affordable housing and advised Pinnacle Investments on developing a keyworker residential investment strategy. Andy is an active member of a community charity chaired by the local member of parliament and has been awarded the freedom of the City of London. He has also served as the Chair of Governors of 3 inner city state schools for 9 years.

Andy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He graduated from Oxford University with an Honours Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, then pursued his qualification as a Chartered Accountant, placing in the top 20 in the country in professional exams.
