RXR Realty has acquired Veridea, a more than 1,000-acre mixed-use development site in Apex, N.C. The company purchased the land for $91 Million. Hudson Realty Capital was previously attached to the project, CommercialEdge data shows. The project aligns with RXR’s national strategy of investing in Superstar Regions. The company expects a total investment of $3 Billion.

Ebbrell, one of the founders of warehouse-focused M7 along with Croft, will take full responsibility for the management of the firm supported by the remaining six members of its leadership team, which includes five co-founders. The departure of Croft comes two years after M7 was acquired by Oxford Properties, in which time M7’s assets under management have grown from around €4 Billion to approximately €7 Billion. Croft will stay in his role as executive chairman for three months, after which he will stay on as a senior adviser to the company and remain on the general partner boards of all M7’s discretionary funds. In addition to his role at M7, he will be starting a new business outside the warehouse sector.
