The long-standing relationship between Newmark RF and KB Home reached another milestone as Newmark RF received the 2025 Information Technology Partnership Award at this year’s KB Home Strategic Supplier Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. This marks the second time Newmark RF has been recognized for the award.
The award, presented by KB Home Chief Information Officer Greg Moore and President and Chief Operating Officer Rob McGibney, honors a supplier whose collaboration and contributions to technology, innovation, and operational efficiency delivers standout value to KB Home. Enterprise Managing Consultants Dylan Rhea and Alan Baron along with Lead Managing Consultant Kathy Mulligan accepted the honor on behalf of the Newmark RF team.
Over the past decade, the firm has supported KB Home through a series of major modernization efforts. Most recently, Newmark RF led the successful integration of HomebuilderONE with Hyphen BuildPro and SupplyPro in collaboration with Hyphen Solutions and sa.global. HomebuilderONE is a single end-to-end enterprise resource planning solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, designed to connect core business functions. When paired with Hyphen BuildPro and SupplyPro, the solution provides enhanced scheduling capabilities, streamlined trade partner communication, and stronger visibility across homebuilding operations. The combined program is already improving operational performance and accounting efficiency for KB Home and continues to demonstrate significant value for the organization.
In conversations at this year’s conference, the KB Home executive team noted the continued strength of the relationship, stating that the Newmark RF team is part of the KB family.
