Kathy Mulligan is a Lead Managing Consultant with Newmark RF and has over 20 years of experience serving the real estate industry. With a deep focus in residential home building and commercial construction, Kathy is versed in all aspects of the real estate operating model. She holds expertise in all facets of project management as well as technology integration, data conversion, business process improvement and training. Kathy is also proficient with the Accounting & Finance principles and implementing various accounting solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Kathy served as a Senior Business Analyst with e-Builder, a construction program management software provider.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
