Alan Baron is an EMC/Managing Director at Newmark RF, bringing over 30 years of combined experience in the homebuilding, construction, development, and property management sectors. He specializes in implementing systems and streamlining business processes for companies with residential, retail, commercial, and marina assets. Alan’s extensive background in construction accounting, property management technology, and his hands-on experience in facilities management, tenant coordination, acquisitions, corporate accounting, budgeting, projections, and finance provide him with the expertise to achieve exceptional results in process improvement and system design.

Before joining Newmark RF in 2013, Alan began his career in Public Accounting and most notably, worked for Irvine Company, Donahue Schriber, developed regional malls as well as office and marina assets. Throughout his career, he has implemented and migrated multiple ERP, job-cost, and property management accounting packages. Additionally, he has been actively involved in development, construction, leasing, and property management. He has deep insights into the industry and an expert on optimizing the operations of real estate companies.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from California State University.
