Our MRI Software Experience
The RealFoundations team has over 400 combined years of experience implementing and supporting MRI Software products. We have implemented MRI for over 30 unique clients across varying market sectors which include affordable, commercial, institutional investors, medical office, private equity, residential, retail, single-family rentals and mixed-use. Since the introduction of MRI’s Version X in late 2015, RealFoundations has completed over 50 MRI-focused projects. Those project types range from strategy and process improvement to design and upgrade implementation. RealFoundations was also one of the first firms to implement MRI’s Investment Accounting, Debt Management, Commercial Budget and Forecasting and Affordable modules.
