A Message from Leadership: Reflecting on 25 Years of Passion, Resilience, and Excellence
As I look back on the last 25 years, I am filled with a profound sense of accomplishment and nostalgia. On June 2, 2000, alongside eighteen other courageous individuals, I took a leap of faith to help build something new. Our vision was clear: to establish a multi-generational professional services firm dedicated to making real estate run better. To do so, we would combine industry depth from our time at Kenneth Leventhal with the discipline instilled in us at Ernst & Young.
However, rather than simply relive our past, we chose to learn from it in shaping our own identity and culture: a culture built on work ethic, honesty, and integrity. Since our launch, we have fostered an environment where creativity is encouraged, inclusion is celebrated, and ethical practices are paramount. Our culture has now become a defining characteristic of our firm, setting us apart from our competitors.
Starting out, we had little more than a shared dream and a spare room in a colleague’s home. I vividly recall the memory of sitting in that empty room, loading software from floppy disks onto laptops, one machine at a time. Broadband was anything but “broad” back then and we worked tirelessly, blurring the lines between work weeks and weekends while collaborating with colleagues fueled by passion and cold pizza.
From navigating industry complexities to weathering market fluctuations, our resilience was continually challenged as we witnessed competitors come and go. We have weathered a recession triggered by a dot-com bubble, the 9/11 tragedy, a global financial crisis, and a global pandemic. From a small group of pioneers, we have grown into a global presence that now employs over 500 professionals dedicated to our mission, a testament to the strength of our vision and the collective effort of every individual and client who have been part of this journey.
As we celebrate the last 25 years of our company’s journey, I would like to offer sincerest gratitude to those who continue to be instrumental to our success today:

Our journey has been one of learning, innovation, dedication, and unwavering belief in a better future for our industry.
