Phillip McCorkle is Executive Vice President of Management Consulting and brings almost 30 years of experience working within the real estate industry, across a wide range of industry sectors. Phillip is responsible for the growth and performance of Newmark RF’s Management Consulting services and has deep experience in strategic information systems planning, operational diagnostic assessments, business transformation, post-merger integration, technology implementation and international deployment strategy.

Phillip has provided advisory services to some of the most well-respected names in the industry, including AIMCO, Blackstone, Brookfield, Carr Properties, Citycon, Core Spaces, First Key Homes, Gazit Globe, Granite Properties, Hines Interests, Invesco, Invitation Homes, JP Morgan, Kimco Realty, Link Industrial Properties, MAA and Western National Group.

Prior to joining RealFoundations as a founding member, Phillip held consulting positions with Ernst & Young, Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, with a double major in Accounting and Management Information Systems (Business Analysis).
