Natalie Wilson is a Lead Managing Consultant with Newmark RF. She has over 23 years of experience in management consulting, with the last 19 years focused on real estate. Natalie specializes in program and project management, process improvement, change management, strategic direction, diagnostic assessments, systems selections, and technology implementations.

During her early career with Newmark RF, Natalie focused on the firm’s Energy Solutions practice, helping large real estate companies achieve portfolio-wide change in the areas of energy efficiency, utility management, facility management and building automation. Her current focus is managing program level projects, and she has led several projects focused on process improvement and operational transformation.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Natalie held consulting positions with Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois.
