Lee Leshem serves as Lead Managing Consultant at Newmark RF, bringing over two decades of management consulting experience in real estate. Her expertise covers program and project management, process improvement, change management, strategic planning, diagnostic assessments, and technology implementation. Early in her tenure at Newmark RF, Lee concentrated on change management, guiding major real estate firms through large-scale portfolio transformations. She now oversees program-level initiatives and has directed several projects aimed at operational improvement.

Before joining Newmark RF, Lee worked as a consultant for BearingPoint government services—now Deloitte.

Lee holds a bachelor’s in political science and international relations from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA with a specialization in marketing and finance from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
