Kim Bowdry is a Managing Consultant at Newmark RF with over 20 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry and Microsoft Dynamics AX. She has delivered core business functions for multi-channel retail clients and is recognized as a creative problem solver with a proven track record of implementing customizations across various business processes. Her expertise includes technology integration, data conversion, business process improvement, unit and system testing, user training, and AX development.

Before joining Newmark RF, Kim held roles in accounting and information technology across several private companies.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
