Justyna Brooks is the Human Resources Senior Manager for Newmark RF. Justyna has 20 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting and talent management. Most recently she has been solely on leading the human resource function at Newmark RF. Justyna’s professional career track has included recruitment, employee relations, coordinating and implementing HR policies and procedures, administration of payroll and benefits, and compliance.

Through her experience, Justyna has developed an exceptional background in people and recruitment and a professional style based on integrity, excellent communication and superior, high-touch customer service.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Justyna served as Creative Recruiter for Update Graphics and worked with top creative firms in New York City.

Justyna graduated from Baruch College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
