Gregg Haverstick is an EMC/Managing Director with Newmark RF. With more than 23 years of real estate management and consulting background, Gregg has a deep understanding of multi-sector operations, real estate enterprise strategy and industry-leading technologies. Over the course of his career, he has leveraged this knowledge to strengthen the operating platforms of many prominent commercial, retail and multifamily owner/operators, and developers. During his tenure with Newmark RF Gregg has led transformational initiatives for clients including Lennar, Kimco Realty, WPG, Cabot Properties, Spring Creek Towers and the Irvine Company.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Gregg served as Senior Director, IT at Stuyvesant Town, one of the largest private residential complexes in the country, where he established a proven track record for planning and delivering successful technology transformation and process efficiency initiatives.

Gregg graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
