Dominic Hollands is a Senior Managing Consultant with Newmark RF and has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry with a primary focus on multifamily, mixed-use and single-family rental assets. Dominic specializes in operational process improvement and implementation of applications and leading processes. Dominic is also well versed in designing and implementing effective operational, organization, and technical strategies to help real estate companies run better.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Dominic held various positions in both operations and training for Archstone Communities, with his most recent role being Director of Software Training for the western region. During his tenure with Archstone, Dominic’s primary focus was the testing and training delivery of real estate focused software applications, operational support, and financial and customer service training.
