Brent Loomer is a Lead Managing Consultant with Newmark RF. He is based in Denver, Colorado and has over 16 years of relevant experience in supporting large-scale real estate operations and providing management consulting services to the industry. His experience has been broadly focused across both commercial and residential real estate sectors. Brent has significant expertise in developing and executing enterprise operating strategies, managing complex projects, leading M&A business integration, driving process improvement, and overseeing large-scale technology transformations.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Brent was a Business Development Associate and Operations Analyst at Greystar Real Estate Partners, the largest global owner, developer, and manager of multifamily real estate.

Brent graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Real Estate and a Master of Science in Real Estate & Construction Management.
