Real Foundation, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to herein as “RealFoundations”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, processing, and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information (“personal information” or “personal data”) obtained by RealFoundations via websites and web-based mobile applications for business or commercial purposes, including but not limited to the RealFoundations website (referred to herein as the “Site” or “website platform”), RealFoundations LinkedIn page and other various platforms that may be relevant. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites and social platforms that are not owned or managed by RealFoundations.

RealFoundations works to ensure that all personal information provided to us, or otherwise obtained by us, is handled in accordance with our duties as joint data controllers under the various Data Protection and Consumer Protections Acts, GDPR, and all similar or related legislation (referred to as “Data Protection Legislation”).   • Networking | Industry conference or meeting registration information including first name, last name, employer, title, email address, geographic location, and other related information made available through the event host organization (either on the hosted website or obtained via sponsorship benefit) may be used for inclusion in outreach and/or invitations to designated RealFoundations hosted events for the purpose of networking.
  • Site Interaction | Activities performed by consumers on our website, IP address, mobile or browser usage, together with date, time and duration of website visits may be collected through the use of automated technologies and cookie files which enable us to analyze and improve the use of the Site and services we offer and support and improve end-user experience. Please refer to RealFoundations’ Cookie Policy for information regarding the data we gather from visitors of www.realfoundations.net (the “Site”) and how it is processed.

We may use your personal information for purposes other than the above. Should this be the case, we will inform you of the purpose in accordance with Data Protection Legislation.

Please remain aware that when you interact or engage with RealFoundations or RealFoundations’ digital assets within a social media or other public platform, your activities and the information you provide is made accessible to both the platform providers and the general public that may access the forum. Those providers may collect such information and use and share it in accordance with your account settings. Your interactions with such public platforms and tools may be governed by the privacy policies of those providers, and we encourage you to understand them before interacting with the platform.

RealFoundations is committed to privacy and will not share your personal information to third parties except in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Where it is necessary for us to achieve our purposes set out in the preceding section of this Privacy Policy, we may share your personal information with the following categories of recipients:
