Dan Sterk brings over 30 years of dedicated real estate expertise to the firm. Having served over 75 distinct real estate organizations throughout his career, Dan has deep knowledge of all facets of the real estate life cycle including development, construction, outsourced managed services, property management, merger integration and facilities management. Prior to joining RealFoundations, Dan spent eight years working with Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. Dan participates in ICSC, NAREIT, Realcomm, NAREC and The Real Estate Council.
