Dan Sterk is the Executive Vice President of Managed Services at Newmark RF and brings over 30 years of dedicated real estate expertise to the firm. Having served over 75 distinct real estate organizations throughout his career, Dan has deep knowledge of all facets of the real estate life cycle, including development, construction, outsourced managed services, property management, merger integration and facilities management. He is uniquely qualified to provide actionable insights into leading practices and offer solutions for the complex challenges facing the industry today.

Dan has built lasting relationships with some of the largest and most respected names in real estate by successfully executing large-scale / complex projects for his clients. He has managed the execution of projects focused on core financials replacement, merger & acquisition integration, enterprise content management, business intelligence/portal reporting, leasing workflow, and technology/accounting sourcing, as well as overall IT strategy & organization.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Dan spent eight years working with Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. He participates in ICSC, NAREIT, Realcomm, NAREC, and The Real Estate Council.

Dan graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Management Information Systems. He is an active board member of the University of Oklahoma MBA Program.
