February 2019 | Dallas, TX – On February 5, RealFoundations participated, along with other consulting, energy and finance companies, in the Texas A&M University Professional Program (PPA) Industry Night hosted by the Mays College of Business. RealFoundations Lead Consultant and graduate of Texas A&M University, Patrick Jez, gave a short presentation describing how RF delivers outcomes to clients within the real estate industry and what roles are typically available for hire.
Following each firm’s presentations, the 217 PPA students were invited to network with the presenters to learn more about the companies that caught their interest and educate themselves on the work different industries deliver.
“The Texas A&M University recruiting event provided a great opportunity for me to gain insight into the considerations and perspective of new workforce entrants, recognizing they may one day be on a team with me. The event provided me an opportunity to sharpen my pitch on RF, the spectrum of clients we engage with and the various types of projects and services we offer. While we were attending for potential summer interns, it was very interesting to see how many firms have begun to recruit for teams almost two years in advance of bringing on new personnel.”
