June 2021 – SWOOP Analytics has released their 2021 Microsoft Teams Benchmarking report, highlighting RealFoundations’ use of Teams for collaboration and project delivery.
The benchmarking report spans a period that was among the most disruptive for workplaces in recent history. As the majority of the world was forced into remote work from home from March 2020, this 2021 report provides early insights into how some organizations are adapting (or not). This report includes analytics of almost 100,000 Microsoft Teams spanning 33 organizations. Of those, SWOOP shortlisted ~2,700 Teams that were active enough to draw meaningful analytics.
