RealFoundations Promotes Victoria Lara and Drew Pierson
Two Practitioners Elevated to Senior Managing Consultants
July 2017 | Dallas, TX – In keeping with its practice of adding to its collective knowledge and capabilities from within, RealFoundations is pleased to announce the recent promotions of both Victoria (‘Vycky’) Lara and Drew Pierson to Senior Managing Consultant roles within the firm. Vycky and Drew have a combined 50+ years of real estate experience and have each been consulting with RealFoundations for over a decade, helping RealFoundations’ clients in the Office, Industrial, Retail and Multifamily sectors run better.
Vycky Lara, based in the Washington, D.C. area, has been consulting with RealFoundations since July of 2006, specializing in solution implementations, project management and quality assurance, operational diagnostic and process improvement, organizational change management, and international deployment advisory services. Most notably in her RF career, Vycky oversaw one of the first international JD Edwards implementations in Eastern Europe, a 5-year project for Atrium European Real Estate. With 20 years of industry experience and deep knowledge of both JD Edwards and Oracle platforms, Vycky has delivered quality work to clients such as Seritage Growth Properties, Equity One, Hines and various other REITs in the US.
Drew Pierson, former CIO for Town and Country Trust, also began working with RealFoundations in 2006, bringing a deep knowledge of the JD Edwards platform. With the compression of time and intensity of delivery in all RealFoundations’ projects, Drew quickly expanded his capabilities across many of the major ERPs including Yardi Voyager and MRI, as well as ancillary tools as they relate to Budgeting & Forecasting, Asset Management, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Drew has delivered projects to notable clients including Blackstone, Equity One, Fairfield Residential, The Related Companies, Harbor Group, and Phillips Edison & Company.
