January 2023 | Dallas, TX – As a longstanding member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) Board of Directors, RealFoundations plays an active role in contributing informed insights and perspectives by participating in various meetings, webinars and events hosted by the organization. Last November, RealFoundations Managing Consultant Brent Loomer was nominated and selected to join NMHC’s Emerging Leaders Committee which aims to create opportunities for professional development and network expansion for the upcoming generation of leaders in multifamily real estate.
As a new committee member, Brent will bring the extended knowledge of leading business practices and residential technology solutions he’s gained while serving some of the largest developers, investors, owners, managers, and service providers in the industry over the last 15 years.

Formed in 2011 with the purpose of cultivating future leaders in the multifamily industry, the Emerging Leaders Committee comprises 18-24 Individuals under 40 years old who have five or more years of real estate experience and are employed by an active NMHC member firm. Committee members meet regularly to discuss the state of the market, emerging opportunities, and challenges, and work together to program events such as NMHC’s regional Speaker Series and various member meetings throughout the year.
