CyrusOne confirms its latest move in the UK’s digital infrastructure space, revealing plans for a 90-Megawatt data center campus at Iver Heath, just outside London. “This development marks an important step in our European growth journey,” says Matt Pullen, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Europe, at CyrusOne. 

IPE Real Assets |Neinor Homes to Acquire Aedas Homes in €1 Billion ($1.1 Billion USD) Deal

Spanish residential property developer Neinor Homes is acquiring listed peer Aedas Homes in a €1.1 Billion ($1.1 Billion USD) deal. Neinor said Castlelake, which owns a 79% stake in Aedas, has agreed to the €24.485 ($28.15 USD) per share offer. After deducting the €136 Million ($156 Million USD) in dividends recently declared by Aedas, the effective acquisition price per share is €21.3 ($24 USD). As part of the transaction, Neinor said it will inject €1.25 Billion ($1.4 Billion USD) into Aedas.
