RF’ Srinivasan Adds Global Operations Expertise
Transition Management, Service Delivery and Account Management
January 2016 | Dallas, TX – Krishnan Srinivasan has joined RealFoundations (‘RF’) as a Director in the firm’s Managed Services group to focus on global accounting and lease administration operations. The Managed Services team delivers back-office business process sourcing – including Accounting, Lease Administration and Technology Support – to companies that develop, own, operate, service, occupy or invest in significant amounts of real estate.
During Krishnan’s 17-year career, he has served as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Accenture Credit Services and held similar leadership positions at Zenta, Global Realty Outsourcing and Ford Business Services (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company). He recently transitioned and managed the outsourced finance and accounting operation for an $800B AUM financial services firm.

Krishnan will be responsible for transition management, service delivery and account management for RF’s Accounting and Lease Administration clients who seek an on- and off-shore operating model.
