July 2015 | Dallas, TX – RealFoundations is pleased to announce the promotion of John Holzman, Brent McFerren and Dylan Rhea to Managing Directors. In keeping with the firm’s practice of adding to its strength and expertise from within, the three managing directors bring a combined nearly 45 years of real estate management consulting experience to the company’s leadership team.
John Holzman, based in London, has 15 years of experience managing and consulting on operations and technology for real estate investment managers, corporate occupiers, real estate service providers, retail and office/industrial REITs, and multifamily owner/operators in the US, Europe and Asia.
Brent McFerren, based in Cleveland, has served our investment manager and corporate real estate clients for over 12 years. He specializes in the design and execution of global transformation, IT strategy and process reengineering projects as well as our collaborative work practice, RealDiscovery™.
Dylan Rhea, based in Newport Beach, leads the firm’s home building practice. He brings over 15 years of both domestic and international real estate industry experience to RealFoundations in both the public and private sectors, working with clients to deliver key projects in the areas of business transformation, target operating model development, long-term technology strategy, and enterprise platform implementations.
