RF Lends a Hammer with Habitat for Humanity
Support for Families with Fixed Incomes and/or Physical Limitations
May 2019 | Newport Beach, CA – RealFoundations joined Habitat for Humanity of Orange County to lend a hand in their efforts to provide critical home repairs and construct new homes in Fullerton, CA for hardworking families with fixed incomes and/or physical limitations.
Dedicated to making real estate run better, this event provided practitioners in RealFoundations’ Newport Beach office an opportunity to get hands-on with their community and help make the lives of those in need better through installing shear panels and furring in the garages, shear nailing the exterior and installing hurricane ties. About 8% of Fullerton residents live more than 50% below the poverty line. These construction efforts will help make an impact in the community and improve the lives of future Habitat for Humanity homeowners.
