Todd Horton is the Senior Account Manager of Application Support Services at Newmark RF and brings over 28 years of experience in real estate management to the firm. Todd has served in a wide range of roles throughout his career for some of real estate’s most prominent owners and operators, joining the industry as an onsite Leasing Agent and accelerating to Director of Technologies. Having served commercial and residential owner/operators, corporate occupiers, institutional investors and fund managers within both public and private space, Todd’s unparalleled knowledge and hands-on expertise of real estate operations and leading technology solutions directly contributes to Newmark RF’s mission of helping clients run better.

In his current role, Todd manages business operations and client relations on behalf of Newmark RF’s global team of application support experts. The Application Support Services team has hands-on experience with the industry’s leading ERPs and integrated technologies along with disparate solutions that support accounting, asset management and construction. Currently, this team supports over 25 clients and approximately 10,000 end users on JD Edwards, MRI, Yardi, RealPage, Entrada and other ancillary applications.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Todd worked to develop and maintain Systems Support teams, acquiring expertise in operations management, training design and facilitation, and documentation creation.

Todd attended Stetson University with a major in Accounting and minor of Business Law.
