Todd Fehr is a Lead Managing Consultant with Newmark RF. Todd has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, specializing in construction, multifamily, industrial, retail, and affordable housing. Todd focuses on improving operations and transparency through Operating Model reviews, M&A integrations, and strategic advisory services.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Todd served as the Director of Utilities and Revenue Enhancement for an affordable housing REIT and has managed multiple large-scale construction and development initiatives, public utilities and served on metropolitan district boards.

Todd earned his Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business in 2009. Todd has continued to add to his deep understanding of the industry by acquiring SASB and affordable housing certifications.
