Tam Simmons is a Senior Consultant with Newmark RF.  She has over five years of experience in Real Estate Consulting and Application Support, focusing primarily on Investment Managers. Tam has spent the bulk of her real estate career working with Yardi clients and implementing and / or supporting the Investment Accounting and Investment Management applications. Tam currently serves as one of Newmark RF’s Yardi Investment Management experts.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Tam previously worked on the Investment CSD Team at Yardi for 3 plus years where she implemented, troubleshot, and consulted for the Investment Accounting application and the newer Investment Manager Elevate product. Prior to her employment with Yardi, Tam spent over twenty years running a wealth management firm and Registered Investment Advisor [RIA]. She was instrumental in teaching and helping investors find real estate and other investments.
