Simon is a Senior Managing Consultant with Newmark RF. He focuses primarily on Institutional Investor, Residential and Owner/Operator clients across Europe. Simon has 32 years’ combined construction and blue-chip management consultancy experience, including Real Estate processes, organisations, and systems across a number of industry sectors and sub-sectors.

Simon’s professional background is in major capital projects as a Chartered Civil Engineer, which provided him with experience of the full construction cycle from design to build, maintenance and upgrade. He has worked in France, Algeria, Singapore and Switzerland as well as the UK, and in public, private and semi-public organisations.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Simon was the European lead for Enterprise Asset Management in IBM’s Distribution Sector (Retail, Business Services, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences and Travel & Transport) and Smarter Buildings lead for the UK. Simon holds engineering Masters degrees from the University of Southampton and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, and an MBA from the University of Warwick. He is a full Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM), the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng MICE) and the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI).
