Ryan Whitaker is a Senior Manager of Modern Workplace Services for Newmark RF, responsible for the management of the platform team, infrastructure team, and product delivery of Newmark RF’s ServiceNow instance for each of its clients. Ryan heads the process management effort within ServiceNow to ensure client workflows and automations operate effectively. Ryan and his team have integrated RF’s ServiceNow instance with various industry ITSM platforms such as Autotask, ConnectWise, FreshService, JIRA and Zendesk.

Ryan has worked on the technology side of the real estate industry for over 16 years. During this time, he has been in direct contact with application end-users and understands the importance of properly functioning technology.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Ryan was the Senior Manager of Technical Accounts at RealPage where he was integral in onboarding Greystar, the largest multifamily property manager in the US. Ryan brings a combination of strategic, operational, and program management expertise to Newmark RF, and his industry and client-service focus drive the success of his team and clients.

Ryan graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
