Robert Kearnes is the Global Head of Automation Services at Newmark RF and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, working with investment managers, owner/operators and developers. He has extensive experience with multinational real estate clients operating in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America, advising on technology and strategic initiatives.

Over this time Rob has been responsible for strategic roadmap, technology, operating model and business process design as well as solution selections and multinational technology implementations. His clients include AMP Capital, Bank of Ireland, Charter Hall, Hines Interests, Link REIT, Land Securities, Lend Lease and The Related Companies. Rob currently leads Newmark RF’s Automation group which focuses on delivering solutions using cutting edge technologies such as RPA and AI to grow clients’ capabilities and realize greater efficiencies.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Rob operated his own real estate technology consultancy in London and previously worked in retail center management in Sydney, Australia.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New England, Australia with a double major in Economics and Human Resource Management.
