Robert Choi is an EMC/Managing Director with Newmark RF and has over 25 years’ experience in the technology, operational and financial areas of the real estate industry, working with the residential and commercial owner/operator/builders, real estate capital market industry clients. He specializes in operating model, system selections and implementations, project management, process improvement, merger integration and organizational change management.

Robert has built lasting relationships with several of the most respected names in the industry including Greystar, Brookfield, Walmart International, Shorenstein, BNY Mellon and Bank of America. During his career, Robert has managed the execution of global projects, managed delivery of system implementations and provided IT strategy and solution adoption acceleration guidance to clients.
Prior to joining Newmark RF as a founding employee, Robert held audit and consulting positions with Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal.

Robert graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Accounting and then received an MBA from the University of Texas with concentration in Finance and International Business.
