Rachel Pepperrell is a Managing Consultant with Newmark RF. She has over 30 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and is a PRINCE2 registered project management practitioner. Rachel specialises in supporting organisations to meet business improvement opportunities and initiative goals through change management, project management and process improvement. She has led several software implementation projects for clients with UK and Jersey-based operations and portfolios following a collaborative method. She has also been part of the PMO on a fast-paced merger, project managing several workstreams including the cutover of finance activities and data migration.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Rachel managed special projects at a listed UK REIT, reporting directly to the C-suite. Additionally, Rachel has a deep understanding and experience of Real Estate data gained through a succession of senior roles over more than 20 years at MSCI/IPD.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading.
