Patrick Jez is a Lead Managing Consultant with Newmark RF. He has 20 years of experience managing and consulting on operations, finance and business development for real estate and mutual fund companies. His experience has primarily focused on REITs, business development companies and private equity offerings in the US, but also has exposure to funds offerings outside of the US. Patrick has helped firms bring new products to market, streamline fund operations, and centralize back-office business functions. He has helped three large firms with broad-scaled initiatives to implement and operate new accounting and business platforms to enhance firm reporting capabilities and reduce overhead necessary to carry out business operations.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Patrick managed his own independent consulting company. He also served at Provasi Capital as a Managing Director of their product development and strategy division. In addition, he spent more than eight years at Hines working with them to launch multiple REITs and a business development company.

Patrick earned his MBA in Finance and Operations Management & Logistics from Texas A&M University.
