Nate Fyie the Global Head of Modern Workplace Services at Newmark RF, with over 25 years of IT experience. Specializing in the modernization of IT departments, and cybersecurity programs, through the adoption of modern cloud services and collaborative practices. Providing advisory, strategy, design, implementation, and support services to the commercial real estate industry and its leadership teams. Nate’s work is dedicated to modernizing, securing, and enhancing the collaborative practices that businesses use to operate efficiently.

Nate’s expertise in modern workplace services and cybersecurity has been instrumental in helping clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation. By providing cybersecurity strategies and guidance, Nate ensures that Newmark RF’s clients are well-equipped to meet the demands of the modern business landscape.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Nate spent over ten years in the REIT industry, leading Macerich’s corporate IT infrastructure teams and designing property technology solutions. Since then, Nate has built strong relationships with leading industry names including Kite Realty Group and Simon Property Group.

Nate graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
