Maya Tutsman is a Senior Consultant with Newmark RF. Maya’s progressive career comprises of over 15 years in the real estate Industry. Her experience includes working with commercial and multifamily owner/operators, developers, and investment managers, with a primary focus in investment management and all aspects of property and corporate accounting.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Maya served as a Senior Implementer of Yardi Solutions at FitechGelb with emphasis on investment management, accounting, and construction. Prior to that, she was a Senior Accounting Manager at BROE Real Estate Group, a private equity Real Estate Investment, Development, and Management Company in Denver, CO, where she managed corporate and property accounting teams. Before that she was an Accounting Manager at AIMCO, a Colorado based multifamily REIT.

Maya is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Pace University in New York and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University in Denver.
