Marcy Helms is a Lead Managing Consultant with Newmark RF. She has over 25 years of accounting and technology experience in real estate serving the Property Management sector. Marcy is experienced in program and project management, process improvement, technology, implementations, and accounting. Her deep understanding of real estate accounting and operations functions paired with her extensive technology background enables Marcy to identify and propose long-term, value-add solutions for clients.

Marcy has worked for some of the largest real estate technology providers and leaders in property management. Throughout her career, Marcy has managed accounting departments, performed internal and client-facing audits, contributed to large data conversion projects, implemented software training programs, developed technical and procedural guides, and provided implementation and leading practices consulting.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Marcy held senior positions with MRI Software, RealPage and leading real estate owners/operators.

Marcy attended Texas Tech University, majoring in Psychology.
