Kim Leiser is a Director for Newmark RF’s Accounting and Lease Services team and brings 25 years of experience in the real estate industry to the firm. She is well versed in all functions of property accounting, lease administration and client relationship management. In her current role, Kim is responsible for the onboarding, execution and delivery of accounting and lease services.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Kim served as Chief Financial Officer at CRM Rental Management, a real estate investment, development, and management company currently managing over 60 apartment communities, over 5,000 units, throughout New York State. Prior to that, she served as Accounting Supervisor, Senior Financial Officer, and Revenue Manager Supervisor during her 15 years at Pyramid Management Group, the largest privately held shopping mall developer in the Northeast, owning, leasing, and operating 16 centers across 17,800,000 sf. She began her real estate career at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in Atlanta, GA.

Kim graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned her CPA in both Georgia and New York.
