Kasra Mogari is a Lead Managing Consultant with Newmark RF, bringing over 18 years of experience across the real estate industry, including homebuilding, multifamily, and owner/operator sectors. He partners with clients to deliver engagements in diagnostic assessments, systems selections, technology implementations, systems migrations, and data transformations. Kasra also brings deep expertise in project and program management, business process improvement, and Modern Digital Workplace (MDW).

Kasra is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a LEED accredited professional. During his early years with Newmark RF, Kasra focused on the firm’s Energy Solutions practice, helping large real estate companies achieve portfolio-wide results in the areas of building automation, enterprise energy management, and facilities maintenance.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Kasra served as a project manager and mechanical engineer for an international engineering consulting firm.

Kasra holds two master’s degrees in manufacturing engineering and engineering management from University of Southern California.
