Josh is a Senior Manager of Modern Workplace Services with over 25 years of experience in leadership and technical roles. He possesses extensive expertise in Solution Architecture, IT Service Management, Enterprise Systems Engineering, and Application Support. Josh is dedicated to building high-performing teams that excel at solving complex challenges and functioning cohesively.

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed 24/7 operations staff, negotiated significant enterprise agreements, and led large-scale data migration projects. Josh has a proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and bring a strategic approach to IT initiatives.

Prior to joining Newmark RF, Josh served as Senior Manager of IT Cloud Solutions & Architecture at a global manufacturer of food service products, where he led cross-functional teams supporting Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications. He chaired the Architecture Review Board, defined governance frameworks, and played a key role in shaping IT roadmaps that aligned with business priorities.

Josh graduated from Olney Central College with an Associate of Applied Science degree.
