Joanna Hagerty is a Senior Service Delivery Manager with Newmark RF overseeing the delivery of Data Services. Joanna has 25 years of commercial real estate expertise, with extensive knowledge in operational and financial management of commercial assets, combined with a concentration in lease administration services. Her broad experience in real estate includes high-rise office, retail and life-science property management, acquisitions and dispositions, client relationship management, project management, strategic growth, lease abstraction, asset onboarding and financial reporting and analysis.

In her current role, Joanna maintains a strong relationship with Newmark RF clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are understood, formally documented, and clearly translated to achieve target operational goals. Joanna works closely with RF’s data processing team, tracking, monitoring, and ensuring the quality collection, validation, and movement of financial and operational data to the client’s platform, reporting performance on a regular basis.

Prior to joining Newmark RF in 2021, Joanna has held positions as an Associate Director and Global Lease Administration Manager with CBRE, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firms. Throughout her career, she has helped to solve complex real estate challenges for leading investment and asset management firms including Crow Holdings, KBS, AEW, Novaya, CBRE Global Investors and Harrison Street.

Joanna is a certified paralegal and CPM® and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
