Gary Goswick is a Senior Managing Consultant with Newmark RF, bringing over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, both domestically and internationally. He collaborates with clients in the public and private sectors to deliver key projects in business transformation, target operating model development, long-term technology strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise platform implementations.

Throughout his career, Gary has specialized in the homebuilding, construction/development, owner/operator, and Single-Family Rental market segments. He has built trusted relationships with clients such as The James Campbell Company, Simon Property Group, The Related Group, Invitation Homes, and top public builders like KB Home, Meritage Homes, Sekisui House Residential Holdings, and K. Hovnanian Homes.

Before joining Newmark RF, Gary served as Chief Information Officer at Woodside Homes, SVP of Purchasing for Texas at Meritage Homes, and General Manager of a land development and homebuilding company in Colorado.
