Bob Kroner is a Senior Managing Consultant with Newmark RF. As a leader in the owner/operator REIT sector, Bob has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, creating enterprise value by providing invaluable insight to industry leading clients, forecasting market disrupters, aligning technology initiatives with corporate strategy, and driving operational efficiencies through the integration of leading business processes, technologies and operating models.

Bob brings industry leading expertise to the firm in areas including finance and accounting, operations, information management, automation, technology, public company and REIT compliance, mergers and acquisitions and alternative sourcing.

Prior to joining Newmark RF in 2017, Bob served as a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting, LLP where he successfully created client value and market differentiators through strategic financial, operational and technical initiatives. Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, Bob held executive positions in the real estate industry including Principal with Real.IT Management Consulting, LLC and Vice President – Information Technology for Regency Centers Corporation.

Bob graduated from Jacksonville University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and received a Master of Accounting from the University of North Florida.
