Averi Swearengin is a Director for Newmark RF Accounting and Lease Services team and has 18 years of accounting expertise within the real estate industry. She is versed in lease administration, joint venture accounting, financial/SEC reporting and analysis, and has deep experience with client relationship management. In her current role, Averi is responsible for the onboarding, execution and delivery of accounting and lease services.

Prior to joining Newmark RF in 2018, Averi served as the Lease Accounting Manager and Director of Joint Ventures for a large publicly traded retail REIT. During her tenure, Averi was responsible for managing the accounting processes and investor relationships for over $2.0 billion in joint venture assets, as well as the lease administration functions for over 3,000 leases, encompassing over 26 million square feet of retail properties.

Averi graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
