Andrew is the Senior Manager of Data Services for Newmark RF and has over 15 years of multifaceted experience in commercial real estate operations, technology and consulting. In his current role, Andrew provides oversight on delivery of ongoing managed data services and supports both expansion of the offering and on-boarding and overall management of new clientele. Additionally, he ensures that client needs and expectations are well-understood, formally documented and clearly tied to operational goals and outcomes. He also advises clients on opportunities to tap additional RF managed services to achieve even stronger business results.

Prior to joining Newmark RF in 2021, Andrew spent over six years collectively as the Director of Customer Success at Pereview Software, which offers asset management software and portfolio analytics to the global commercial real estate industry. Andrew also served as a senior manager at Saxony Partners within the real estate management consulting division, helping clients effectively lever their data to make informed business decisions. Additionally, Andrew served over six years, both on the business and technology sides, in the realty management division of Goldman Sachs, one of the world’s leading investment banking and financial services companies.
