Case study: Members will analyze one live project and identify actions they would take to assess a consultant’s ability to drive returns.
Small-group exercise: NAREIM members will work in groups of 4 to identify the PropTech vendors that offer the best value to their firms—and where they need to make adjustments. Then, as a group, participants will work together to create a directory for ongoing use by NAREIM members.
