For a private builder of master planned communities, RealFoundations conducted a systems diagnostic and solution alternatives analysis project.


  • Evaluate current systems and processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Identify financial and operational solution alternatives based on the client’s particular requirements
  • Provide high-level analysis of each alternative


  • Conducted interviews with land, product design, purchasing, sales, construction, finance and accounting, customer service and executive management personnel to define the current state systems, processes and business issues
  • Summarized the business findings and provided specific recommendations for improvement to help resolve business issues
  • Leveraged industry expertise to provide an introduction to homebuilder applications and present solution alternatives based on the client’s specific needs
  • Provided high-level strengths, weaknesses and order of magnitude cost and implementation effort for each alternative
