For a real estate fund management firm with in excess of $6BB and 68 MM square feet of commercial and industrial space, RealFoundations performed several services, including the review of all asset and fund accounting procedures as well as the process for aggregating data from property managers. In addition, as a part of this process redesign, RealFoundations implemented Portfolio and Property Accounting solutions. Objective

  • Improve and standardize processes across all major functions including; corporate and fund accounting, asset management, and third property managers
  • Enhance reporting efficiency allowing more time for data and performance analysis versus report compilation
  • Achieve full NCREIF compliance
  • Implement an Asset Management solution at corporate headquarters as well as assisting with the implementation of Commercial and Residential Property Management solutions in a phased roll-out approach
